Meet Bluerock Care
Delivering a New Patient Experience
Our Story
Human-Centered Healthcare
It’s What We Do.
Primary care should be more than a doctor in an office. With Bluerock Care, you have a team of doctors and professionals working together to meet your needs. We are available where and when you need us: in our center, your home, via phone, or via video visits.
You can reach us 24/7 and schedule same, or next day, appointments. We don’t have waiting lists or long waiting room times. Bluerock Care even will help eligible patients with transportation.
Based on your preferences, we can use phone, email, text, chat, or video calls to check in with you, answer questions, provide care, and monitor outcomes 24/7. Come visit us, call us or just send a text - whatever is needed or easiest for you!
If coming to the health center is difficult, our care team can visit you at home. We can visit after a hospital stay or to check in while recovering. Whatever works for you, we are here to help you manage your chronic conditions at home.
Although Bluerock Care feels like VIP care, we are available for everyone on Medicare, at no additional charge. We also accept seniors (60+) with most other health plans. Becoming a Bluerock patient does not limit your choice for specialty doctors, pharmacies, or other providers in any way.
Medicare can be complicated. We can help you navigate the maze of premiums, co-pays, benefits, and different insurance options (including Medicaid). We help you get the best coverage at the lowest cost.
